Dive Rite’s Gusset Control System (GCS) helps streamline your underwater profile by reducing the “taco”effect of your wing. This is achieved by putting buoyancy where it is needed most (throughout the torso supporting the weight of the tanks) for superior horizontal trim.
* The GCS is not the same as “bungee or bondage” wings because it does not restrict airflow; instead, the GCS promotes added streamlining and buoyancy control while allowing the wing to inflate to its full capacity. The GCS is on the divers side of the wing, fully protected from being a snag point.
